Graphic novel

On October 31, 2023, author Jonathan Stroud announced plans for a French graphic novel adaptation of the series by artist Rachele Raka. It was not immediately clear whether this is currently planned only to be a graphic novel of the first novel, The Screaming Staircase, or all titles in the series. Currently it is only slated to be published in French, but Stroud stated that they hoped many more languages would follow.

Interactions with fans

Lockwood & Co. has several additional projects written by Jonathan Stroud that are interactive or collaborative with fans; the creation of The Dagger in the Desk on theguardian.com for one, and a year later Stroud had posted new material, A guide to ghosts, again on the same website.

Other notable activities includes the #LockwoodWhodunit event, which takes place on every Friday with the date as the 13th. So far three cases occurred, on the 13th of February, March, and November, 2015.

Stroud also wrote a blog with Anthony Lockwood answering questions for the 2015 WBD TeenFest.

TV series

"Hunt or be haunted."

A television series adaptation of Lockwood & Co. is set to be released on Netflix. Ordered for initial season of eight episodes, it released on 27 January, 2023.
