The Empty Grave is the fifth and final book in the Lockwood & Co. series‏‎. It was published on 12 September 2017.[2]

Plot[]

I: The Tomb[]

To prove the truth behind the Skull's claim, the team decides to see for themselves, but the tomb contains more nasty surprises than what they were prepared to face.

II: La Belle Dame Sans Merci[]

After what they discovered in the tomb, they discuss it in Portland Row, but their attention is drawned to a theatre ghost that sucks life out of vulnerable people. After some sigma given in the case, Lucy is worried about Lockwood dying for her.

III: A Body in the Street[]

When the Circus case is finished, the team decides to continúe their research about Marissa. When George's life is endangered, Their are obligated to take a hard choice.

IV: The Siege of Portland Row[]

With Portland Row Under attack, the only way out is as equally dangerous, as facing their attackers... and an unfortunate injury turns the escape into a race against time.

V: Fittes House[]

Running away from their attack, they end up in the Fittes House through Dark London. After facing Marissa's thugs, Lucy confronts her as who is she.

VI: The Beginning[]

Finally, after destroying half the Fittes House, the team decides to occupy themselves in normal activities for ghost hunters. The Problem sees its final days and people Will go back to their regular lifes.



Trivia[]

The title has a double-meaning. It refers to Marissa Fittes's grave, but also to the empty plot next to the graves of Anthony Lockwood's parents for Lockwood himself!
